Virtual Therapy | Washington

Finally, a therapist who gets how your brain actually works.

Virtual therapy for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults across Washington — led by a BIPOC, neurodivergent-affirming therapist.

  • Do you feel like you're running on empty — no matter how much you rest?

  • Have you always felt like you were "too much" or "not enough" — but never quite knew why?

  • Do you notice your child shutting down, melting down, or struggling in ways that are hard to explain?

  • Are you starting to wonder if there's a word for the way your brain has always worked?

If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.

You've always experienced the world a little differently.

Maybe you've spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder than they seem to be for everyone else — or why the things that feel obvious to you don't land the same way for people around you.

Whether you're navigating burnout, processing a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, healing from trauma, or just trying to feel more at home in your own skin, you deserve support that actually fits the way you think.

I'm Dr. Raisa Felts. I offer affirming, strength-based virtual therapy for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults across Washington state. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome — exactly as you are.

Welcoming new clients — you don't have to keep figuring it out alone.

  • Light beige pampas grass stems against a neutral background.

    Step 2: Consult

We'll have a free 15-minute conversation so you can ask questions, share what's going on, and see if we're a good fit. No intake paperwork yet.

  • A cup of frothy coffee or hot chocolate on a white tray with a black rim, nearby a white decorative bird sculpture, two sprigs of greenery, and a box of tissues, all on a white bedsheet.

    Step 3: Next Steps

If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first appointment and I'll send over a short intake form. From there, we build a plan that fits your life.

  • A wooden pier extending over calm water, leading to a small wooden house on stilts with a pitched roof, under a light sky.

    Step 4: Ongoing therapy

Sessions are 50 minutes, fully virtual, and designed to work with your schedule. Most clients meet weekly to start.
